Nikon Nikkor-Q 135mm f 4 short mount lens for Nikon S mount, with BR1 macro adapter for Nikon F mount. This early macro lens requires a bellows unit to be focused and the included BR1 adapter enables mounting to much more common F mount bellows. A classic Tessar design, this lens also has a gorgeous 15 bladed pre-set diaphragm. Clean glass with a factory-original bubble in the front element. Great cosmetics on both the lens and adapter tube, with some paint wear around the rear lens cell.  Worth noting as well that while the BR1 will enable the mounting of S-mount tele lenses on an F mount camera, it is not fully interchangeable with the intended N-F adapter (different extension).
